How we judge AI risk
Job titles don't get automated — tasks do. We break your work into the parts a model can already do well (drafting, templated analysis, structured lookup, routine reporting) and the parts that still need a person: accountability for an outcome, regulated sign-off, negotiation, on-site judgement, trust with other humans, and messy decisions where the context isn't written down anywhere.
Then we look for roles where the harder-to-automate parts dominate and your existing experience already covers most of what's needed. No invented salary numbers, no fake statistics, and no claim that any job is permanently safe — just a defensible read on where your skills travel well.
