Your career data belongs to you
Boltrez is a Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and treats every candidate as a Data Principal with real, working rights. Here is exactly what that means in practice — in plain language, not legalese.
We never sell your data to data brokers
Your profile is not a product sold in bulk. The only way anyone sees your contact details is a specific recruiter paying to unlock your specific profile, after you opted in.
Nothing is shared without a deliberate unlock
Recruiters search a masked pool — no name, no employer, no email, no phone. Every reveal is a single, logged unlock, and you can see who did it and when.
We never train AI models on your resume
AI is used to help you write and to score matches. Your resume content is not kept for model training, and the free career tools store nothing you paste into them.
Recruiter visibility is a separate, unticked choice
It is never bundled into signup or terms. The resume builder is fully free and fully usable without ever joining the recruiter pool. Under-18 users are excluded from the pool entirely.
Consent expires — silence is not consent
Pool visibility ends automatically 18 months after your last activity. Your profile leaves recruiter search and we ask if you want back in.
Erasure actually erases
One request from your privacy page deletes your profile, resumes, saved versions and activity, and confirms it to you. No dark patterns, no retention offers.
Your rights, and where to use them
- • See your current recruiter-pool status and the exact notice you agreed to.
- • See every recruiter who unlocked you, with the date and the fields they received.
- • Withdraw consent in one click — you leave recruiter search immediately.
- • Request erasure of your profile and resume content, with confirmation.

For recruiters
Every profile you see has given a specific, timestamped, still-valid consent to be contacted about jobs. That means fewer dead numbers, no scraped lists, and outreach that people expect. If a candidate withdraws, they disappear from search at once — that's the point.
